When the boat comes in

I did this last summer, working with a consulting company to create an imaginative way of persuading a very well known telecoms company that they needed a series of workshops for their line managers! Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite enough to win the work, but the feedback on the image was really positive. It was hand drawn with markers onto foam board at the time, and has had a minor makeover in Photoshop since. Ocean-based pictures often work well. The journey, the navigation, the stormy weather, the crew pulling together… all reliable metaphors ripe for exploiting pictorially.
